What comes in the confidence kit?
The physical kit contains the First Pan Confidence/FAQ rack card, a foam-thickness sample, a custom pan order form, and an STG Foam sticker. Tell us what else you need to feel ready; we can help point you toward additional guidance.
How do I order my first custom foam shower pan?
Start with your shower dimensions, drain location, a sketch, or jobsite photos. STG reviews the details and maps your custom pan layout. You review the layout and estimate or invoice, then confirm the order before production. Request the Confidence Kit first if you want to see the foam sample and understand the process before ordering.
Do I need a finished layout before contacting STG?
No. Send what you have: measurements, a sketch, photos, drain information, or a description of the shower. You can also start with questions and request the kit before you have final measurements.
Does the kit include my custom shower pan?
No. The foam sample lets you see and feel the material. Your custom pan is ordered and shipped separately after the layout and estimate or invoice are confirmed. Curbs are also separate orders, not attached to the pan.
What is the No-Guesswork Pan Review?
It is the review step for your custom pan submission. STG checks for questions, missing details, and potential measurement issues before the order moves ahead, then sends the mapped layout for approval or asks for clarification.
What if my drain measurement is off?
Text or call STG as soon as you notice—especially before production. We’ll review the job with you and help determine the next step. The Make-It-Right Promise specifically applies if STG misreads your measurements; it is not a blanket guarantee for incorrect dimensions you submit.
Is shipping on the Confidence Kit free?
Yes. STG does not charge for shipping on the First Pan Confidence Kit. Enter your shipping address when requesting it. This kit-shipping offer does not apply to custom pan orders.
Am I placing an order by filling out this form?
No. This form is a request for the confidence kit and first-order help. STG will confirm kit and shipping details during follow-up. It does not place a paid order or start production of a custom pan.
